I had looked forward to this appointment for a long time, I love the breed for their looks and temperament. Numerically disappointing but I found plenty to like in my winners, judging the junior bitch class full of quality was a great pleasure. I found the young DCC winner exciting for his quality and the BOB winner a very classy bitch, thank you for the pleasure of going over your dogs, a highlight for me. 1st LEYFINDS STORMZY STAR (MRS & MR A & G FODDEN)
Exciting young dog who took my eye immediately, 16 months, brindle/white, at his first show and making it a hard job for handler and judge but he is full of quality with a beautiful head and eye, correct dentition and is well made, scored in head and movement here and in the challenge, I preferred his balance to take the DCC.
2nd BOANNADEEN BOCA JUNIOR (MR & MRS S & B BOYNE)
13 months, brindle, very well schooled, a shade smaller than the winner, I preferred the head and expression of the winner, very good ribcage and top line, a touch wide in front.

1st TINY AMIGO'S NIGHT KING (IMP NOR) (MRS B BOYNE)
2 year old brindle of standard size and with good outline, he could have just a little more leg for perfect balance, shown in hard condition, just enough bone, good feet, carried himself well, good length of head but marred by a dentition fault.

1st CH DOFRO STORMBREAKER WARBONNET (MS & MS & MR & MRS V & M & D & C HEARNE & SINGLETON & CATILINA)
5 year old standard size and balanced with plenty of substance for his size, good head and dentition, needs a little more angulation in rear but he is sound and jaunty on the move, a steady showman, in the challenge the head and outline of the winner had the edge for me, RDCC.
2nd DANBULL DAINTY DIABLO BY GRANDOPERA (MRS & MRS E & V CLARK & FOX)
2 year old taller dog with beautiful head and eye and superb chest, not yet fully mature in body and when he finishes then he will look more compact, good mover, he looked the teenager today

11 months, brindle/white, she is standard size but needs a little more leg to balance her, long head and correct dentition, good eye, she was at her first show and overawed by the noise but was gaining in confidence as the proceedings progressed, BP.

Beautiful bitch with long well turned head with strength and femininity, lovely neck and shoulder and very good ribs and quarters, sound movement with long stride, in superb condition, I would prefer a slightly smaller eye for perfection but she is a top class bitch, an object lesson in presentation and condition, a pleasure to award her the RBCC, should do well. 15 months, beautifully balanced with a strong yet feminine head, I liked her ribcage and quarters, low set tail, very good rear, needs a little more finish in chest and this showed in her front movement.

2 years, tricolour, more mature in the body and has good balance, good length of head, her eye could be a little smaller, good rear and top-line, her front action is a touch wide, close decision.
