Thank you to East of England Agricultural Society for inviting me to judge. I would like to thank all those who exhibited as it was an extremely hot day. Although the entry was low in numbers it was full of top quality dogs and bitches which led to some very close decisions.

1st QUEEQUEG BONSAI VON AMADIS (MRS D BROMMONT-LOTHARY)
Smart brindle and white dog. Good head with fill and turn. Mouth OK. Lovely neck leading into decent shoulder placement. Balanced and shapely in body and good bone. Moved freely and with drive. Could carry a tad more weight. Showed and handled well. Pushed hard in the challenge but still looked a little immature.

1st GIFFENBULL LIGHT MY FIRE AT ARCANUM (MRS H E WARDLE)
Masculine Red and white dog. Strong head with good fill and small eye giving wicked expression. Decent neck, good bone and substance. Well turned stifles that he drives from behind, close in front. Nice chap who could make more of himself.

Masculine solid brindle dog in excellent condition. Strong filled head with finish. Good mouth. Excellent expression front on when showing. Adequate bone for size. Shapely forechest and quarters. Cat feet. Moved freely, showed sporadically.

Quality masculine black brindle and white dog. Lovely profile with fill up and good mouth. Shapely forechest. Well made and balanced throughout. Moved parallel and with drive. Made hard work for his handler on a very hot day but his qualities shone through. DCC

Masculine typy white dog of virtue. Head is filled with excellent profile and wicked expression. Mouth off level, canines correct. Straight front with elbows tucked in. Shapely forechest with good spring of rib. Moved parallel. Not the best of showmen. RDCC

Honest cobby red and white bitch. Strong well filled head with good expression. Would prefer more turn. Mouth OK. Straight front and shapely forechest. Lovely character who moved freely.

Super eye catching balanced black brindle and white bitch. Completely filled head with excellent profile. Good mouth. Lovely reach of neck into flowing bodylines. Shapely and well made throughout with cat feet. Correct topline standing and on the move. Covered the ground on the move. Super showgirl and is as one with her handler. Won the CC and BOB with something to spare.
2nd UKUSA LIL'DAREDEVIL (MR & MRS G & A NEWBERRY)
Really typy exuberant brindle and white showgirl. Sweeping profile with good fill up. Mouth ok. Lovely neck leading into straight front and shapely forechest. Balanced. Well turned quarters which she drives from and covers the ground. Very close in challenge for Res CC.
3rd QUAYARDSON LADY GRAINGER AT PHUNSIZE (DR M BENNETT)

2nd IR CH UKUSA MALEFICIENT (MR & MRS G COX)
Cobby black brindle and white showgirl. Strong head with turn and fill up. Keen expression and good underjaw. Mouth OK. Nice neck leading into good shoulder lay. Good spring of rib and shapely quarters which she powers across the ring with. Loses her topline a bit on the move. Showed and handled well.
