BP QUAYARDSON SIR ARTHUR (MRS S & MISS J RICHARDSON)
All but one well over the measure, after all the interbreeding it will take generations to breed down to the desired size. However, interbreeding has undoubtably brought about a revolution in quality & breeders must take care not to lose the quality as well as the inches. I am astonished that misplaced canines are not on breed watch, but in accordance with KC guidelines asking judges to penalise features which are detrimental to soundness, health or welfare, I withheld awards from two dogs. So long as judges ignore teeth problems, those problems will persist.
