I would like to thank the Officers and Committee for giving me the opportunity to judge Miniature Bull Terriers at this lovely showground and also for their wonderful hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed giving my first set of tickets. Quality of Bitches in particular was very good, and generally speaking size is improving

9 month old black brindle dog of good size. Lovely head with good profile, fill and finish. Mouth fault. A strong dog with good bone and muscle tone. Moved well when settled.
2nd OLYMPUSBULYS MILO TOADFOOT (MR & MRS J HARPER)
An 11 month old tricolour dog, again a handsome dog but of a larger size. Good head and expression. Correct mouth. Very unsettled today and perhaps if he hadn’t been, the result could have been reversed

Very smart 13 month old white dog of good size. Well filled head with good profile. Correct canines but reverse scissor bite. Good straight front and well balanced. A very tidy dog who moved well after a false start.
2nd QUAYARDSON SIR DRACO AT BULLYSOUL (MR S & MRS K KETTLEBOROUGH)
Very small, eyecatching red and white 12 month old dog. Good size and well muscled. Lovely head but has instanding canines.

2 year old very smart, eye catching brindle and white dog of good size. Lovely head but with reverse scissor bite. Worked extremely well with his owner. Would have preferred to see him carrying a bit more weight.

Small, very smart 17 month old red and white dog . Lovely head with great profile, fill and finish and correct mouth. Good construction, well muscled and tidy neat feet. Moved well. To be critical I would prefer to see him a bit heavier. RDCC
2nd DUCASSOS COEUR DE LION (MR P & MRS M CSERFALVI-YOUNG)
21 month old white dog with red eye and ear patches. He is of a good size and is well constructed and well finished, with good profiled head with enough fill. Moved and handled very well. Another close decision.

Such an eye catching little dog – and so at-one with his handler. At nearly 12 months old this solid black brindle boy is a lovely little package. In fabulous condition with a beautiful head and a great eye for a coloured dog. Undershot mouth. Well muscled body. This baby has great potential. BPD

3 year old white dog in lovely condition and of a good size. A lovely head with plenty of fill and good finish and small dark eye. Mouth fault. Well constructed and good muscle tone. Moved very well. This is a dog to watch, and I’m sure he’ll get his UK title.

6 month old white bitch with brindle ears. What a lovely baby but lots of maturing still to do. Lovely head and very good mouth and lovely eye. Will watch her progress with interest.

16 month white bitch of terrier type. A very fine bitch but with good head and correct mouth. Slightly upright in shoulder.

22 month old lovely black brindle bitch, with very nice head and good mouth. Good body and in great condition.

Best class of the day and 6 beautiful bitches – anyone of these bitches could and should make top honours. I felt really sorry for the unplaced bitch as there was just a tiny difference between the first and unplaced bitch. The future of the breed is looking very good.
