11 month old red and white male with plenty of substance for his age. Pleasing head with good fill & profile and plenty of width. Correct mouth. Small eye and good ear placement which led to a keen expression. Good reach of neck and small tight feet. Well defined rear angulation and good tail set. Moved well both ways and kept a straight topline on the move. Pleased to have awarded this promising boy BOB & BP

Striking 9 month old white dog with red ear and eye patch. Beautiful head and expression, good length and filled right up – excellent muzzle strength and strong under jaw. Good mouth. Ears right on top, good dark eye, just a tad round. Unbroken in profile with a pleasing finish. Strong neck into wide chest and very straight front. Beautiful amount of bone and the tightest feet – he looks like he is walking on tippy toes. Shoulder is a little steep pulling his front forward. Short in back with a solid top line. Well angled rear with a correct tail set. Movement excels going away, a little toey coming towards. Shown in lovely condition – doing very well for his first ever show. BD and went on to be BPIS
2nd DEBULLY MIDNIGHT STAR NAF TAF (MR P CLARKE)
Litter brother to first but so very different – smaller for size rich solid brindle boy lighter in frame all through. Very difficult to assess as somewhat of a whirling dervish. Beautiful colour. Excellent head with sweeping profile – sadly undershot. Lovely expression from tiny eyes and well set ear. Filled up head front on but lacks in muzzle depth. Good length of neck into a steep shoulder and shallow chest – needs to body up and mature all through but time is on his side. Good bone and excellent feet. Short in back with a good tail set. Top line solid enough – could use a bit more rear angulation. Movement could not be assessed today. Hopefully given time and practice he will settle more in the ring.

Fabulous 3 year old, well-marked brindle and white dog, oozing mini character and the one the judge most wanted to take home. Fully mature and substantial boy, good bone and good for size. Strong head with excellent expression – super thin ears bang on top and alert all the time. Good eye. Lovely width and fill all through, mouth wry. Gentle profile with good finish. Strong neck into the most beautiful gun barrel chest, super bone and good round feet. Shoulder a little steep, excellent depth of rib, short enough in back and well angled rear. Moved with the jauntiest of strides oozing character and attitude both ways. Totally fell for this little fella, pleased to award him RBD

18 month old white with brindle ear and eye patches – very typy and balanced bitch, excellent show girl who never missed her stride. Beautiful long head, sweeping profile, good width, ears right up on top – good eye giving a piercing expression. Good mouth. Very feminine and pretty all through. Lovely length of neck - well arched into well-developed round chest and straight front, to be fair I would like a tad more of her in bone. Very good feet. All white whirlwind of a girl, first time in the ring for her and her handler. Square, compact mature bitch, very balanced in outline. Tiny eye and small thin ears bang on top gave the wickedest of expressions. Head is long with a smooth unexaggerated profile, I would like a little more fill and width. Good mouth. Elegant neck onto a well-developed chest and decent shoulder. Shown in very hard condition, well tucked up with a very powerfully muscled rear. Tail is correctly set. All over a feminine girl, movement was not assessed as she was so over excited. Some practice would settle her for future shows. Handler did very well for a first time.

Striking 9 month old white dog with red ear and eye patch. Beautiful head and expression, good length and filled right up – excellent muzzle strength and strong under jaw. Good mouth. Ears right on top, good dark eye, just a tad round. Unbroken in profile with a pleasing finish. Strong neck into wide chest and very straight front. Beautiful amount of bone and the tightest feet – he looks like he is walking on tippy toes. Shoulder is a little steep pulling his front forward. Short in back with a solid top line. Well angled rear with a correct tail set. Movement excels going away, a little toey coming towards. Shown in lovely condition – doing very well for his first ever show. BD and went on to be BPIS

Litter brother to first but so very different – smaller for size rich solid brindle boy lighter in frame all through. Very difficult to assess as somewhat of a whirling dervish. Beautiful colour. Excellent head with sweeping profile – sadly undershot. Lovely expression from tiny eyes and well set ear. Filled up head front on but lacks in muzzle depth. Good length of neck into a steep shoulder and shallow chest – needs to body up and mature all through but time is on his side. Good bone and excellent feet. Short in back with a good tail set. Top line solid enough – could use a bit more rear angulation. Movement could not be assessed today. Hopefully given time and practice he will settle more in the ring.

White boy with brindle eye patch. 18 months old. Nice strong head with profile. Could do with a little more fill, good eye. Neat erect ears. Good lay of shoulder, straight front and nice feet. Level topline, short coupled, slight roach to good tailset. Muscular back end with good bend of stifle. Moved well. Close decision with 1st.He needs more experience as it was his first show. A bit nervous at the start on the table but managed to win his confidence and got his tail wagging. Nice dog.

Lovely reach of neck and excellent turn of stifle. Maybe too much power and bone for her size which seems to make her a bit unbalanced. Best mini mover of the day, moved parallel and drove from behind. Super show girl. Close decision between her and the Reserve Best Bitch but in the end preferred the overall mini type of Bullrichs Junebug.

I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and was pleased with the entry having many very nice specimens of the breed. Thank you to the exhibitors for your entrees and the sporting manner in which you took my decisions; especially as minibulls are a breed that judges often have very differing opinions. My Best of Breed was the strong, masculine AMINIRUMPUS RED PANDA, whilst I found my Best Opposite and Best Puppy in the same young bitch DECADANCE DESTINEE BULLYPINS.

Eye-catching small statured, typy 11-month old black brindle and white bitch. Correct size with good proportions. Long head with adequate turn, a good bite, enough fill, but would benefit with a little more strength of muzzle. Alert expression with small, correctly placed ears, a bit bold in the eye. Good straight front and well bent hind angulation. Clean mover when she settled and left her handler’s feet alone. Super little show girl that I was happy to award BB BP BPIS

14-month old red and white bitch with a beautiful, sweeping profile with good fill and power. Mouth OK. Good bend of stifle with strong second thigh. Moves close behind and toed in coming. Overall, a classy, quality girl.

Compact white 18-month old bitch with loads of substance, who had a tendency to stand over roaching in the topline. Lovely headpiece with good profile, width and fill, small eye and well placed ears that helped give her good expression. Straight front, upright shoulder placement made her a bit stuffy in the neck, strong hind quarters. Moved parallel coming and going.

Mature white dog in hard, muscular condition. For the showring, would like to see a little more weight on him, but afterwards I heard that this little fellow is quite the agility boy, which explained his ultra fit condition. Nice long head with good profile, mouth just under, adequate fill.

3rd DECADANCE DEMETRIUS BY BULLYPINS (MR & MRS A & M LLEWELLYN)
11-month old brindle and white male with a beautiful, powerful head – turned, filled with width and lovely small ears. His cross to bear is his front assembly; he is out in the shoulder and short in upper arm. This jaunty fellow pushed off and moved with drive. Well handled. BPD

1st AMINIRUMPUS RED PANDA (MR & MISS J & S J KOCABA & WHITE)
Mature red and white dog with super overall bone and substance. He’s a dog that I’ve long admired and he didn’t disappoint when I went over him. Power-packed head with very good turn, small dark well-placed eyes, super fill and a strong muzzle. Small ears correctly placed and used to give great expression. Slight mouth fault. Adequate shoulder placement, I would like him to be a shade shorter, strong second thigh helping him move with drive covering the ground easily and with parallel strides. This dog oozes masculinity while retaining quality. Pleased to present this diminutive, powerful fellow BD BOB RBIS
2nd OLYMPUSBULYS IRIS TOADFOOT (MRS J HARPER)
Although a fair bit over the measure, this tricolour bitch was superbly balanced with a beautiful turned and filled head, packed from crown to nose with power, slight mouth fault. She was well made throughout with good lay of shoulder, strongly muscled second thigh and good bend of stifle. She moved with drive covering the ground true. Her overall quality earned her RBB
3rd BULLYPINS MYSTIQUE INTO LARONBELLE (MR & MRS A & A TWYMAN)
Gleaming black brindle and white bitch in very good condition. Elegantly made with nice body lines. Long head with a pleasing profile, good ears and a correct bite, but would benefit from a little more muzzle strength. Good topline, would like a little more layback of shoulder, excellent hind angulation and tight feet. Moved well both coming and going. Very well handled and presented.

Substantial cobby red and white male – fully mature, coming in over the measure. Long and powerful well filled head, excellent expression from wicked eye and well placed ears. Mouth fault. Mature in body with huge bone. A shade long cast but a mini bull all through, owned his space and was presented in well-muscled condition. Moved with purpose and drive, well handled. BD BOB RBIS
DECADANCE DESTINEE BULLYPINS (MRS & MR & MRS D & A & M DANCE & LLEWELLYN) 11 month old black brindle and white girl, very pretty, feminine bitch who is nicely under the measure. Beautiful sweeping profile, good length of head with good mouth, would prefer a smaller eye and more power. Clean straight front and freely moving out when she wasn’t chasing her handler’s shoes. Presented in beautiful condition.

1st AMINIRUMPUS RED PANDA (MR & MISS J & S J KOCABA & WHITE)
Mature red and white dog with super overall bone and substance. He’s a dog that I’ve long admired and he didn’t disappoint when I went over him. Power-packed head with very good turn, small dark well-placed eyes, super fill and a strong muzzle. Small ears correctly placed and used to give great expression. Slight mouth fault. Adequate shoulder placement, I would like him to be a shade shorter, strong second thigh helping him move with drive covering the ground easily and with parallel strides. 2nd OLYMPUSBULYS IRIS TOADFOOT (MRS J HARPER)
Although a fair bit over the measure, this tricolour bitch was superbly balanced with a beautiful turned and filled head, packed from crown to nose with power, slight mouth fault. She was well made throughout with good lay of shoulder, strongly muscled second thigh and good bend of stifle. She moved with drive covering the ground true. Her overall quality earned her RBB
3rd BULLYPINS MYSTIQUE INTO LARONBELLE (MR & MRS A & A TWYMAN)
Gleaming black brindle and white bitch in very good condition. Elegantly made with nice body lines. Long head with a pleasing profile, good ears and a correct bite, but would benefit from a little more muzzle strength. Good topline, would like a little more layback of shoulder, excellent hind angulation and tight feet. Moved well both coming and going. Very well handled and presented.

Substantial cobby red and white male – fully mature, coming in over the measure. Long and powerful well filled head, excellent expression from wicked eye and well placed ears. Mouth fault. Mature in body with huge bone. A shade long cast but a mini bull all through, owned his space and was presented in well-muscled condition. Moved with purpose and drive, well handled. BD BOB RBIS
DECADANCE DESTINEE BULLYPINS (MRS & MR & MRS D & A & M DANCE & LLEWELLYN) 11 month old black brindle and white girl, very pretty, feminine bitch who is nicely under the measure. Beautiful sweeping profile, good length of head with good mouth, would prefer a smaller eye and more power. Clean straight front and freely moving out when she wasn’t chasing her handler’s shoes. Presented in beautiful condition.
